About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Coordinator to lead the development, delivery and expansion of our Family and Relationship Learning programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery, curriculum design, and evaluation of psycho-educational groups and individual programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and expanding Relationship Learning programs and training packages, including webinars and workshops that incorporate evidence-based practice
  • Growing Relationship Learning programs services into new markets, including into other states and diversifying the customer base
  • Maintaining consistent and best practice of programs through training and supervision of facilitators and program support staff
  • Developing and maintaining excellent administrative processes for the delivery of services

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A strong background in social or behavioural sciences, education or a related field
  • Demonstrated track record in growing services into new markets
  • Extensive experience in evaluating, designing and implementing educational programs
  • Proven experience in delivering Relationship Learning (or similar) programs for couples, individuals and families
  • Demonstrated knowledge of theories related to power, intimacy and sexuality in relationships
  • High-level communication skills with a commitment to professional development, teamwork and effective service delivery
  • Ability to provide clinical and management supervision to facilitators and support staff
