Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Design and Construction: Plan, design, and manage the construction of commercial and industrial buildings, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
- Site Management: Oversee construction site labor, material, and equipment management, conducting site investigations and analyzing data to inform project decisions.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify and assess potential risks, design amendments, materials, and costs to ensure project feasibility and profitability.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical advice and resolve engineering problems, ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and effective communication.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present detailed project reports and documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Project Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize software for design and project management, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D, to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Language Skills: English and Mandarin bilingual language skills are essential for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in engineering design and project management software, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
