Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service to our diverse portfolio of customers using email and phone.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level customer service through various communication channels;
  • Assisting customers with order requirements and resolving queries efficiently;
  • Managing cases within our CRM system to achieve recommended close-out times and effective resolution for customers;
  • Developing strong ongoing relationships with customers;
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and quality.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service and admin environment;
  • Experience working with CRM systems, particularly SAP or Microsoft Dynamics;
  • Advanced attention to detail, strong communication skills, prioritization and problem-solving skills;
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure.
