Branch Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, analysing performance, and ensuring all company values and policies are adhered to. This role involves leading and developing the Warehouse Operatives, Drivers, Logistic Supports, and Logistic Co-ordinators, as well as managing resource requirements for the branch.

  • Lead and coach operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage warehouse operations using the warehouse management system.
  • Evaluate adherence to SLAs for customer orders.
  • Problem-solve operational issues to mitigate risk to service disruption.

This role requires experience of leading, developing, and coaching operational teams, with a working knowledge of Warehouse Stock Management systems and processes desirable.
