  • Work closely with the Program Designer to fine-tune scripts, slides, and content examples.
  • Develop and script engaging content for webinars, workshops, and training videos.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Facilitator. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training experiences, working collaboratively with colleagues, and driving business growth through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-impact training across various formats, including live webinars, Bootcamp sessions, onboarding calls, and training videos.
  2. Collaborate with the content team to shape and refine our material delivery, ensuring consistency and quality.
  3. Develop and script engaging content for webinars, workshops, and training videos, leveraging your expertise in presentation skills and business strategy.
  4. Work closely with the Program Designer to fine-tune scripts, slides, and content examples, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Outstanding presentation skills, both live and on video.
  • A strong grasp of business strategy, ideally in service-based or trades businesses.
  • Experience delivering training, webinars, or workshops, with a proven track record of success.
  • The ability to simplify and communicate big ideas clearly and confidently.
