Job Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our client in Hobart & Davonport on a Fulltime Permanent basis. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality medical assessments, pre-employment checks, and workplace health services to a range of industries.
In this role, you will conduct workforce medicals and assessments, ensuring employees are fit for work and compliant with relevant industry health standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive pre-employment/health assessments including, functional capacity assessments, drug & alcohol testing, and health surveillance checks these maybe conducted at office or client sites
  • Perform audiometry, spirometry, and ECGs as part of workplace medicals
  • Maintaining accurate health records and work as part of a team to finalise compliant assessments
  • Work in partnership with stakeholders including Doctors and other specialised health professionals to deliver a streamlined health assessment service to candidates
  • Provide client centric approach to health assessments and support in ongoing review and development of best practice
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration
  • Experience in occupational health, workplace assessments, or a clinical background in a similar setting (desirable but not essential as training available)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team
  • Excellent administration and case management and attention to detail for reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
