Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our team of Quality Engineers. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards, leading teams, and ensuring seamless cloud services for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a diverse team of Quality Engineers
  • Establish and oversee comprehensive quality control systems
  • Partner with network design teams and vendors to develop installation standards
  • Manage end-to-end quality metrics, risk management, and preventative measures
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven process optimization
  • Conduct regular site audits and develop remediation strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of management/team lead function experience
  • 3+ years in a data center technology role or experience with network pathway infrastructure systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams with excellent communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
