**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the opening and closing shift operations of our store, supervising and coaching team members to deliver exceptional customer experience, and ensuring that our food quality and safety standards are met.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise the opening and closing shift operations of the store, including managing variable shifts and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Supervise and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experience, including providing guidance and support to ensure that our high standards are met.
- Ensure that our food quality and safety standards are met, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment and adhering to all health and safety regulations.
**Requirements**
- Highly motivated and experienced team leader with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Passion for food and restaurant operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Positive 'can do' attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
