Job Opportunity

This is a permanent position working on an 8-day fortnight (40 hours per week) roster. As the Learning Facilitator, your role is to partner with assigned business units to manage effective learning and development outcomes for employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the organization as a subject matter expert for allocated work areas and/or assigned activities in relation to training programs.
  • Participate as an active member of the consultative group and contribute constructively to forums to align and maintain clear standards, systems, processes, and practices.
  • Contribute to ensuring records management, governance, and compliance audits are completed regularly and actions to improve are recorded and closed out in Global 360.
  • Coach and mentor operators and coaches in the delivery and assessment of line-led training.
  • Provide coaching to enable employees to confidently complete online training programs.

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Mobile Equipment Operations
  • Boddington Bauxite Mine Fixed Plant operations expertise
  • HRW licenses and certifications
  • WAPL Clearance to Work requirements
  • Document control procedures
  • Demonstrated face-to-face training delivery skills or similar group-based public speaking
  • Demonstrated written and oral English language proficiency

A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or ability to undertake) is required. Prior experience working within a similar role in a mining/refining environment is desired.
