About the Role

We are seeking a Casual Retail Assistant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer service to our customers.

The successful applicant will work across a range of departments with a focus on customer service and will have seven day availability with the ability to work a flexible roster.

This position comes with an opportunity to progress to permanent employment and duty management shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
  • Working effectively in a team environment.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assisting with maintaining a clean and organized store.

The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about providing outstanding customer service. They will have strong communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, show initiative and perhaps lead a team. They will be willing to work some weekends. Excellent computer and technology skills are desirable as well as experience working in a delicatessen or food retail store. Experience managing and motivating a small team is also desirable.
