We are seeking a skilled Patient Access Associate to join our team. As a floating position, you will be responsible for providing support across various areas of Patient Access, including registration, eligibility verification, and financial counseling.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in registration and customer service is essential, as well as proficiency in medical terminology and typing skills of 40-50 wpm.

Key Accountabilities
  • Register patients accurately and efficiently in all areas of Patient Access.
  • Ensure all registration forms are reviewed and explained prior to obtaining signatures.
  • Communicate effectively with receiving departments to ensure seamless patient flow.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and assist in developing quality improvement initiatives.
