Role Overview
\The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee strategic and client learning design projects, ensuring the creation of high-quality and engaging learning experiences across various formats.
\A key aspect of this position involves delivering solutions that meet both client expectations and learner needs. This requires exceptional client service skills, enabling seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

- Delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.\
- Utilizing expertise in adult learning theory to inform the design of programs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.\
- Developing innovative learning experiences that foster memorable moments for learners and promote knowledge retention.\
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with faculty and associates based on mutual respect and empathy.\
- Leading the showcasing of learning solutions to highlight their value and relevance to clients' needs.\
- Ensuring accurate representation of clients' brands and contexts in all learning solutions.\
- Contributing to business development initiatives by planning and articulating potential learning solutions to secure new opportunities.\
- Driving continuous improvement in process, practice, and project management.\
- Participating in project planning during business development, including resource allocation and hour estimation.\
- Providing leadership and guidance to learning designers across projects, encompassing onboarding, mentorship, and coaching.\
