Your Role

We are seeking an Inclusion Support Educator to join our team at Kids Academy Spring Farm. As an integral part of our centre, you will be pivotal in developing our children's lifelong love of learning, working closely with children with additional needs and making a real difference in young learner's lives.

Responsibilities

  • Support a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF, and share the excitement of child-led discovery.
  • Individual work on those children that need additional support – make a tangible difference.
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families.
  • Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You

  • Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent.
  • Have a current Working with Children's Check.
  • A passion to develop our little learners ABOVE ALL ELSE.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
