Educator - Inclusion Support
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Kids Academy Spring Farm.
Located on Dharrawal land, we cater to educating 104 future stars daily across our open planned six indoor studios and three outdoor environments. Our experienced and dedicated teachers and educators pride themselves on providing a high quality of education and care to our future generations through our STEAM programs, play based learning experiences and intentional teaching.
As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will be pivotal in developing our children's lifelong love of learning working closely with children with additional needs making a real difference in young learner's lives.
- Support a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery.
- Individual work on those children that need additional support - make a tangible difference
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families
- Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
About You:
- Holding a Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent is highly desirable for this role.
- A current Working with Children's Check is required for all staff members.
- A passion to develop our little learners is essential for success in this position.
