Eye Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Eye Care Support Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with optometrists and provide exceptional customer service to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients in selecting and fitting eyewear.
  • Perform basic adjustments and repairs on eyeglasses.
  • Manage patient records and schedule appointments.
  • Support optometrists during eye examinations.
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated retail experience.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in optical dispensing is welcome but not required.
