- Clinical and Assessment Skills: Demonstrate excellent clinical and assessment skills, with the ability to provide high-quality care and make informed decisions.
- Leadership and Communication: Exhibit strong leadership and communication abilities, with a focus on promoting person-centered care and supporting the growth of care staff.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Show flexibility and adaptability in working various shifts, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of our residents and clients.
