We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Aged Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and supporting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as required.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and other care staff, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in aged care.

Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse - Essential.
  • Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes.
