Lead Cultural Educator

Located at the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, this position supports our commitment to reconciliation by promoting and celebrating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and people.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which we operate and strive to strengthen partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
The Aboriginal Learning Facilitator will work in a team to develop and deliver cultural and non-cultural learning programs for school groups, focusing on high-quality learning outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and review of First Peoples-focused programs.
- Ensure cultural safety throughout learning programs.
- Engage with community and educational initiatives.
This is an opportunity to bring your knowledge of local and national Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and deliver high-quality programs to diverse audiences.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
