They should also be familiar with Agile methodologies, able to learn new technologies quickly, and have experience with React or other modern front-end frameworks.

In addition, they should hold a tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Implement user stories using established coding processes and standards
  • Contribute to code documentation and commenting best practices
  • Monitor application performance, reliability, and resolve technical issues
  • Lead and motivate development teams to achieve excellence
  • Oversee employee onboarding, learning, and career development for direct reports
  • Track and report on team and employee performance metrics
