We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Home and Community Care team in the Gosford and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to clients in their own homes, assisting with daily living tasks such as housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
- Assist with personal care, including personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, and help at mealtime or medication administration.
- Transport clients to appointments or shopping trips.
- Accompany clients on outings or assist with our Healthy Living for Seniors activities.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent an advantage.
- Similar experience providing client-centred care.
- Current First Aid certificate.
- Driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Hands-on training, development, and mentoring in a leading provider.
- Paid travel time and reimbursement of kilometres.
