Optical Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Optometrist to lead our team as an Optical Practice Manager.

About the Position

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires exceptional leadership skills, outstanding clinical care, and a passion for driving growth and development in our practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a supportive and positive team culture while providing outstanding clinical care to patients.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage reception duties, and uphold practice procedures.
  • Deliver direct clinical patient care, including pre-testing and diagnostic imaging.
  • Briefly describe any other transferable skills you may have, such as social media management or business experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Proficient with computer systems, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in an optical/medical/administration setting.
