The Senior Payroll Project Analyst is a key member of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project team, responsible for implementing a new cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solution. The role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and improve data quality, participate in design and test workshops, and ensure effective knowledge transfer across the organization.
- Serve as a process owner and subject matter expert in design sessions.
- Conduct master data audits and remediation.
- Support user acceptance testing, including parallel payroll testing.
- Document processes.
Candidates should possess advanced theoretical or management knowledge, significant experience in payroll processes, and familiarity with contemporary HCM systems such as SuccessFactors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of Personnel and Compensation processes, systems, regulations, and Enterprise Agreements are essential.
