Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd: HR Assistant Role

The HR Assistant plays a critical role in supporting our Fulfilment Centre (FC) associates. This hands-on position executes people initiatives, provides excellent internal customer support, and drives HR functional excellence and process improvement.

This position is based at our BWU2 Site, located in Kemps Creek, NSW,AU, and reports to the Human Resources Manager.

As an HR Assistant, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support employees with human resources, benefits, and payroll topics.

• Manage cases, projects, and partner relationships with varying degrees of complexity.

• Ensure accurate employee documentation.

• Act as a Subject-Matter Expert for customers and escalate as needed.

• Provide training and guidance on policies, processes, and systems to customers and team members.

• Create and distribute standard communications.

• Analyze key findings and lead process improvement initiatives.

• Develop suggestions for improvements to maximize resource value.

• Maintain strict confidentiality standards.

Basic Qualifications:

- High school or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
