Assembly Line Worker

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our plastics manufacturing team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate has previous assembly experience and a strong mechanical aptitude.
About the Role:- Operate machinery efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure productivity levels meet expectations on the production line.
- Perform general labor duties as required, including product packing and sorting.
- Conduct quality control checks.
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Previous assembly experience is highly regarded.
- A good mechanical understanding and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- The ability to use various hand tools and ancillary equipment.
- A high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Own reliable transportation (essential).
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety shoes, High Visibility Vest, and suitable work wear.
