Job Title: Social Work Professional

We are seeking an experienced social work professional to join our team in a senior leadership role.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership within the social work service, optimising patient/client care delivery. This will involve mentoring and developing staff, as well as supervising students on clinical placements in accordance with the award.

  • Provide senior clinical leadership within social work service provision.
  • Mentor and develop staff, including supervision and direction to Level 1/2 staff and students on clinical placements.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
  • Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill, and significant clinical experience in the provision of social work, with experience at Level 2 or higher.
