About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aged Care Specialist to join our team at Annecto.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality support to clients in their homes and in the community.
  • Assisting clients with daily activities, such as shopping and personal care.
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Requirements

  • A strong desire to provide quality service and make connections with clients.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of clients.
  • Previous experience working with older clients or clients with disabilities.

What would be great to have

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or higher.
  • Knowledge and experience in a similar industry or position.
