Bread Baker

La Cucina Di Papa, the baking operation within is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join the team in this key role.

The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of baking all types of bread, with the ability to work unsupervised and maintain attention to detail.

  • Liaise daily with Bakery Supervisor on production requirements.
  • Assemble ingredients and mix dough in machines.
  • Be involved in every step of the Baking process from beginning to end.

The role requires working early morning shifts from 2am to 8am, assembling ingredients, mixing dough, and being involved in every step of the Baking process.

Key requirements include:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar relevant role.
  • Proven ability to work unsupervised when required.
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude is essential, along with the ability to competently operate baking machinery and prepare and produce breads of excellent quality and appearance.
