In this role, you will contribute to the success of the Workforce Australia program by providing ongoing support to our participants and their employers to ensure long-term employment outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively build and maintain effective relationships with Workforce Australia participants and employers, providing face-to-face, phone, and on-the-job support.
* Identify any barriers that may impact ongoing employment and address them promptly.
* Monitor work placements for jobseekers towards the achievement of monthly targets.
* Achieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcome-focused, high-performance approach to the role.

Requirements:

* Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people experiencing unemployment.
* Strong ability to problem-solve and communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs.
* Analytically minded and able to interpret complex data to achieve outcomes.
* Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential.
