Transformative Opportunity in SAP HCM

This is an exciting chance to be part of a large-scale Systems Transformation Program from the very beginning. As a SAP HCM Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and translating business requirements into technical specifications.

You will work closely with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to identify needs, propose solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Your ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify needs and propose solutions
  • Ensure successful implementation of SAP HCM and Workforce Management systems
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years Technical Business Analysis Experience
  • Experience in SAP HCM, Workforce Management & Rostering Systems INC S/4 Hana, SuccessFactors, Workforce Analytics & Kronos
  • Proven Experience in Workforce Management domain / Software Implementation
  • Exposure to SAP Financials - Back Office 'Order to Cash' and 'Budget to Reporting'
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design
  • Familiarity with technical concepts, such as databases, software development, and system integration
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
