Exciting Opportunity: Lead the Future of SAP Transformation

M & T Resources is proud to partner with a high-profile government organization in sourcing an exceptional Technical SAP Architect for an exciting 12-month contract (with potential extension) based in a dynamic environment.

The Role: Be at the Heart of a Major SAP Uplift As part of a large-scale SAP transformation program, you'll report directly to the Program Director and play a pivotal role in transitioning SAP ECC to S/4HANA. This is a chance to leave a lasting legacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Architecture Development: Shape current and future SAP technical architectures, ensuring they align with stakeholder needs through engaging workshops and presentations.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Drive the design and documentation of architectures, technical designs, data flows, and interface architectures to support the move to S/4HANA.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Lead cross-functional teams and workshops with business analysts, developers, and solutions architects, while liaising with third parties to ensure readiness.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of senior-level SAP Technical Architecture experience, with a strong SAP Basis background.
  • Expertise in 2+ ECC6 to S/4HANA Upgrade projects, with experience in code and data readiness assessments.
  • A deep understanding of SAP environments, interfaces, and experience delivering outcomes in SAP HCM and Finance.
  • Proven experience in at least 2 SAP upgrade projects, driving impact assessments, discovery, and solution roadmaps.
