Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Program Lead to oversee the delivery of key initiatives within a payments program.

As a Program Lead, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of the program and ensuring that objectives are met within time, quality, and budgetary constraints.

Key responsibilities include managing business change and transition by working with key stakeholders to ensure the internal customer is engaged in the change management process.

You will also manage the program team, allocating tasks efficiently and delivering results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline">
  • Strong understanding of payment systems and platforms">
  • Strong experience in large-scale program management and a track record of delivering complex programs within the payments space">
  • Demonstrated experience in driving process improvement and ensuring compliance to project governance frameworks and processes">
  • Excellent communication skills">
