Job Title:

Sonographer Trainee Clinician

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sonographer Trainee Clinician. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering medical imaging services commensurate with your training and experience.

You will work under the supervision of experienced sonographers and apply increasingly independent clinical judgment to more complex clinical decision-making.

  • Deliver high-quality medical imaging services in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
  • Apply clinical judgment to make informed decisions about patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

  • A tertiary degree qualification enabling enrolment in an accredited postgraduate medical ultrasound program.
  • Registration as a student sonographer with the Australasian Sonographer Accreditation Register.
  • Current vaccination against vaccine-preventable diseases.
