Job Title: Academic Operations Lead
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the operational and quality aspects of our delivery, ensuring that training and assessment processes are efficient, compliant, and consistently applied across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage academic processes, workflows, and quality checks to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee contract assessor allocations, SLAs, and maintenance of assessor qualifications and approvals.
- Monitor assessment outcomes, student feedback, and trends to identify and address issues.
- Lead validation and pre-validation activities to ensure robust assessment practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close process gaps and improve efficiency.
- Ensure operational changes are effectively implemented and embedded.
- Strong background in operational or academic management, preferably in vocational education.
- Sound knowledge of RTO compliance requirements and quality assurance frameworks.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to implement and embed process improvements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Fully remote role – work from anywhere in Australia.
- Make a real impact on compliance, efficiency, and student outcomes.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Degree in Education or related field (or equivalent). Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) highly regarded.
