Job Overview:

We serve as trusted advisors to customers, providing valuable insights and feedback from customers and partners to our global security teams.

Our ideal candidate will develop a comprehensive value proposition for security, spanning data protection, threat management, identity/access management, and cloud security.

Responsibilities include supporting customers through their adoption lifecycle, from planning to deployment, optimization, and beyond.

Key deliverables include technical presentations and product demonstrations, proposing high-level solutions and driving adoption.

Candidates should also be able to identify cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities, handing them off to relevant teams and supporting the opportunities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • Ability to lead strategic customer conversations, educate, and guide development of Data Security requirements.
  • Experience with Content Services, recognized Data Management or Data Security certifications, and Microsoft certifications such as SC-400, SC-100, MS-500, MS-102, SC-300, MS-900, SC-900.
