Organisational Effectiveness Business Partner

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Senior People & Culture Business Partner to support a suite of organisational effectiveness projects coupled with influencing behavioural change.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with executives in delivering the overarching HR strategy, including championing cultural transformation and change management programs that align with strategic goals.
  2. Lead enterprise-wide initiatives in organisational design, workforce planning and leadership development.
  3. Provide expert guidance on talent strategy, succession planning and capability development.
  4. Design and develop people strategies that align with business priorities.

You will be responsible for utilising data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure impact as a trusted advisor to the Executive. You will bring broad expertise in organisational effectiveness and development, talent optimisation and organisational design, along with the ability to influence at the highest levels.

Requirements

You will have a proven background at a senior business partnering level ideally from within a large, complex environment, and exceptional stakeholder engagement and management to challenge and drive transformation and change.
