About Us
We support children, young people and families, people with disability, older people and people with mental illness. We work with people who are homeless and refugees and asylum seekers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all incoming after-hours enquiries in a professional and efficient manner, displaying effective communication and underpinned by key practice models including CARE and TCI.
- Respond to child related enquiries afterhours from a child centred approach, undertaking a range of activities such as:
- Providing advice and support on various topics
- Assisting with referrals and follow-up actions
