Job Role: Leadership Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate leader to oversee our gardening and grounds maintenance team. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a crew of individuals with disabilities in performing various tasks related to gardening and property care.

The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and support employees, ensure safe work practices, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and work alongside supported employees in gardening and grounds work.
  • Support employees in learning and developing skills.
  • Ensure safe work practices and maintain records.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude towards working with people with disabilities.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work outdoors in physical roles.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for providing guidance and motivation.
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices.
  • Current Western Australian license essential.
