We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and recruitment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract top talent to our organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
  • Source and select high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote a positive employer brand and enhance our organization's reputation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting top talent and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
