At Bolton Clarke, we are committed to providing high-quality care services to our clients in the Merrylands area and surrounding suburbs. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team as a Personal Support Specialist.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a Personal Support Specialist, you will work independently to provide personalized support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their health, well-being, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
- Assisting clients with mobility and transfers, using equipment and assistive technology as needed;
- Supporting clients with medication management and administration;
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks;
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients;
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care;

Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification;
- Valid working rights in Australia (passport, birth certificate, etc.);
- Police check (valid within the last 3 years);
- Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain);
- Own vehicle and Australian driver's license;
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations;
- Experience in a care role highly regarded.
