Job Summary

This is a role involving leadership and oversight of IT SOX compliance testing, focusing on ensuring the effectiveness of IT controls over financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain IT controls related to financial reporting in collaboration with global teams.
  • Conduct thorough testing of IT general controls, application controls, SoD controls, and automated financial reporting controls.
  • Identify, assess, and document compliance risks and controls, aligning them with the COSO Internal Control framework.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting key presentations to executive leaders and the audit committee on IT SOX compliance progress.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or Finance is required. Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CIA are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT SOX compliance, IT auditing, or IT risk management, focusing on IT controls for financial reporting.
