About the Job
  • Work collaboratively with a small team to administer and register patients on the program, ensuring eligibility criteria are met.
  • Manage multiple patient files using bespoke software, providing motivational support as they embark on their self-improvement journey.

As an empathetic professional with strong organisational skills and attention to detail, you will utilise your nursing or allied health accreditation to professionally support patients while maintaining corporate administration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to manage patient care and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide supportive guidance to patients, promoting healthy habits and well-being.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, a strong ability to learn new systems, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements
  • AHPRA ESSA or DAA registration is essential.
  • Working knowledge of chronic diseases and related risk factors is beneficial, ideally from a health, dietetics, exercise physiology, physiotherapy or diabetes background, or health coaching experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, highly developed interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn new software systems.
