Strategic Maintenance Coordinator

A proactive Maintenance Planner is required to join the Maintenance & Reliability team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling all preventative maintenance activities for the factory, minimising downtime and keeping production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and schedule all maintenance activity across the factory
- Develop long-term preventative maintenance strategies
- Manage materials and equipment
- Prioritise tasks across the team
- Unlock better reporting to support continuous improvement
The ideal candidate will have around 5 years' experience in maintenance planning or scheduling, ideally within FMCG or dairy. Solid experience using maintenance systems and reporting tools is also essential.
