Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

About the Role
  • Oversight of day-to-day activities at the Edinburgh Parks site
  • Leadership, coaching, and development of a high-performing team of casual employees
  • Execution of effective workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies
  • Building strong professional relationships with client stakeholders at all levels
  • Monitoring performance, attendance, compliance, and safety standards
  • Delivery of accurate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting with data-driven insights
  • Ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and client expectations are consistently achieved

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Onsite Consultant or similar workforce leadership role
  • Background in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Solid experience using Excel and Office 365 tools daily
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, safety, and compliance practices
