Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a 12-month parental leave cover role.

You will need to be a self-starter, always looking to take initiative and love working with a close-knit high performing team as you manage the administration of advertising campaigns and respond to client needs as required.

Day to day you will:

  • Be involved in Sales and Campaign management
  • Create and update financial reports
  • Manage communication with clients and ensure that work is delivered on time
  • Work with our market research team to assist in the analytical side of the business
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including editorial, production, other sales teams, commercial innovation, commercial operations

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated initiative and proactivity
  • Excellent communication skills with professional personal presentation
  • Computer literacy - Ideally with experience across both Microsoft and Google systems (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation methods)
