A typical day may involve collaborating on biodiversity programs, advising stakeholders on best practice ecological projects, coordinating rural events for restoration and land management, or guiding landholders through grants programs.

Deliver high-quality outcomes through the integrated delivery of programs across the organisation, developing communication skills and utilizing knowledge in landscape ecology, ecosystem services, species identification, data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive environmental initiatives that promote best practice land management techniques
  • Develop media releases and other publications that enhance our collective vision for a thriving community
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve sustainable outcomes

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Natural Resource Management, Environmental Science or Ecology
  • Working knowledge of Australian species and ecosystems identification
  • Knowledge of project management, data management and reporting
