About the Role

Our team is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide personalized care to our customers in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Care Employee, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the support and assistance they need to maintain their independence and quality of life.

The ideal candidate will be a kind-hearted and empathetic person who is passionate about supporting older Australians. You will be responsible for providing personal care, medication assistance, cooking, transportation, and companionship to our customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be available to work weekdays and have a big heart, empathy, and a passion for supporting older Australians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and showering services to customers
  • Assisting with medication administration
  • Cooking and food preparation for customers
  • Transporting customers to appointments and social engagements
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to customers
Requirements:
  • Full driver's license and a fully insured vehicle
  • Relevant Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
  • Accredited Medication Competency Certificate
  • At least 500 hours of professional home care/aged care experience
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Resilience and ability to work independently
