Clough is part of a joint venture delivering Perdaman Industries' urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. This plant will be Australia's largest and among the largest globally, with sustainable production processes.

Job Role:

The successful candidate will join the Perdaman Project team in Karratha, WA on a 19:9 roster. This role serves as a strategic liaison between HR and business operations, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organisational objectives to drive performance and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Be a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
  1. Collaborate with senior management within the project to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Guide organisational design and workforce planning to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
  4. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role.
  • Experience in the construction or resources sector is preferred.
  • Ability to commit to a 19:9 site-based roster.
