About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team at Siemens Healthineers. As an EHS Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective EHS strategies and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards and improving safety performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address EHS risks and opportunities.
- Provide training and support to employees on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Your Expertise:
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in EHS, preferably with a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or higher. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
