About the Role:

MCT Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Used Car Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Utilize your exceptional sales skills and product knowledge to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide an outstanding customer experience through effective communication, empathy, and a solution-focused approach.
  • Maximize Walk-in Traffic, Phone and Online Enquiries: Leverage your knowledge of the local market and our products to maximize walk-in traffic, phone and online enquiries.
  • Good Organisational Skills and Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a High Level of Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services, and maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Proven Ability to be an Outstanding Team Player: Collaborate effectively with your colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Current and Valid Driver's Licence: Possess a current and valid driver's licence to operate our vehicles.
