Job Overview:

We are seeking a Store Leader to join our team at Erina Fair. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, managing store operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, set management expectations, and train Team Members to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage Employee Relations, resolve conflicts, and produce timely financial reports.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to deliver creative visual displays and maintain store appearance.
  • E nsure a safe work environment, manage stock levels, and prevent loss.
  • Develop and implement effective roster management and payroll approval processes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve store performance and contribute to business growth.

  • Experienced retail management with leadership, motivation, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with adaptability and supportiveness.
